Mary Frances Accessories is one of the leading fashion accessories companies in the United States. We distribute to specialty boutiques, cruise lines, home shopping networks & we have a robust business on our website as well as Amazon.

We are looking for someone with high energy, a varied skillset, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to help our sales, customer service and administrative work. We have an upbeat and casual office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales outreach to current and new customers
• Supporting our sales team with various tasks on both large and small accounts.
• General office duties including customer service on phone & e-mail, data entry, office activities, and executive travel plans. Processing outgoing orders
• Light shipping department support.
• Trade show organization including sending samples.
• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
• Keep records and reports up to date.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications:

• Thrives at multi-tasking & shifting priorities.
• Ability to sell & upsell on the phone, personable and energetic.
• Excellent computer skills and comfortable with Excel, Word, PPT, Google Sheets/Docs.
• Wholesale experience a plus.
• Sage software experience a plus.
• Knowledge of how to troubleshoot IT issues is a plus.
