Walker Zanger, the industry leader in luxury stone, slab, and tile products, is looking for a Sales Support Specialist & Receptionist to join our Tustin location. A Sales Support Specialist for Walker Zanger is a performance-driven individual who is looking to grow in sales experience. These specialists will support Walker Zanger’s Outside and Architectural Sales Account Executives with customer coordination, administrative organization, and processing of orders, payments, and inventory. This role is key in helping the Sales Account Executives focus on their clients and will work hand in hand with both the sales team and clients.

Scope of role:

· Supports sales team in receiving, processing, and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Serves as liaison with billing and customer accounts

· Offers excellent service to clients in the showroom

· Follows up with clients after their preliminary visit to gather info for the Customer Info Form, scheduling future visits, and gathering feedback for customer experience

· Answers phones and greets clients as they enter the showroom, enters client info in system and maintains visitor log

· Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail

· Coordinates bids, projects, and shipments. Places price quotes and orders

· Maintains order files by mailing sample and catalog requests

· Assists with showroom checklists

· Cashier duties, such as processing payments, applying payments to open orders following assigned procedures. Sends open invoices to clients. Performs register counts daily

· Responsible for printing pick tickets for sales orders that meet certain conditions

· Notifies Sales and Warehouse if orders are changed or cancelled

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
