We are currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals interested in becoming a part of our growing team in our NJ Sales Division. If you're the salesperson we're looking for, you'll be driven, hungry, self-motivated, resilient, a powerful relationship builder, and have a natural gift for learning an industry quickly.

Time: 8am - 5 pm M-F.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

• Manage existing and new accounts
• Prospect, qualify, and close new clients by cold calling
• Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
• Determine strategic approaches for sales

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct work experience and account management in a sales capacity
• Professional telephone demeanor and selling style
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Possess strong negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to network and build rapport
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated. We want an individual that craves success
• Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Comfortable with collaboration and teamwork
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• BS/BA Degree a plus
• Salary commensurate is depending on experience and quarterly bonus
• Bonuses are on a quarterly basis
