Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend is a leader in retail sales and service in Houston, Texas. To keep up with our expanding customer base are looking for the best and brightest Dealer Customer Relationship Agent/Admin to join our sales team.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Set sales appointments for our customers as well as follow up
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email
  • Exceed customer expectations and team goals
Here are a few things that we are looking for in the Customer Service Agent role:
  • Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CDK Platform experience preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and advance

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience

  • Experience: 3 Years Customer Service experience (Preferred)
