Qualities we are looking for include:

• Sales experience in crawl spaces, foundation repair, and attic insulation is preferred but not required.
• Must be ambitious and results-oriented.
• Ability to network and provide self-generated leads but many leads come from our marketing programs.
• Working experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iPads, and smartphones.
• A driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to access and fit tight crawl spaces.

Your territory will be all of East TN and a sales car will be provided.
