Freeway Insurance Local Office is looking for Insurance sales agents who are highly motivated, possess a strong work ethic, have excellent customer service and communication skills. As an inside sales representative, you will be challenged to quickly build rapport with customers in a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making dozens of phone calls per day (inbound and outbound calls), be able to multi-task and be able to close the sale while maintaining a positive attitude. We offer a base salary with an opportunity to earn $40,000-$100,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Educate clients on auto, home and renter’s insurance
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Be able to attain sales goals by the deadline
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Professional phone etiquette
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of any changes/developments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
• Driven desire to work in sales, solve challenges while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Willingness to learn
• Punctual and dependable, demonstrate job stability
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• California Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License
