We are a commercial janitorial company and are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team! The Operations Specialist is in charge of service and retention for our customers and contractors in the Kansas City metro area. Must possess the ability to problem solve, ensure customer satisfaction, increase retention rate and participate in the overall health and growth of the business. This person will also spend part of their time completing administrative tasks in the office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting with customers and resolve all issues to their satisfaction.
• Responding promptly and professionally to all customer requests.
• Thorough inspections ensuring our work is meeting company standards.
• Onboarding of new contractors and management of changes between job assignments.
• Follow our business model including all systems, protocols and procedures.
• Ability to document detailed and accurate customer information in CRM.
• Offer additional services to existing customers to improve satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned or as demands change.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
