Inside Sales Associate in Riverside, MO
Position Summary
Focus will be on prospecting and identifying new customers to educate about different programs in their area. Typical duties will include pitching potential customers on our products, qualifying leads and obtaining pertinent information via phone, live chat and/or email. You will be making calls/emails and following up with businesses/individuals who would potentially benefit from our trucks. You will also play a key role in managing and vetting inbound leads that come from marketing campaigns, word of mouth, and other broader outreach efforts.
Position Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via phone/email/chat to gauge interest in our trucks
- Be the initial point of contact for potential customers
- Obtain pertinent information from potential customers in order to qualify needs
- Utilize CRM to maintain a database of potential customers and document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product and industry
- Other sales support and business development duties
Position Qualifications
- Ability to deliver high standards of customer service and build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Diligent follow-up skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in sales
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience with CRM tools, ideally Infusionsoft/Keap and/or Salesforce
- Prior experience in an inside sales environment
