The Director of Sales is the manager of this center - connecting our students with tutors to help them become confident, self directed learners. Together with an administrative assistant you will be in charge of making it all run smoothly!

FUNCTION-SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:
The Director of Sales is responsible for the achievement of the success of the center including:
- Achieving sales goals with new student enrollment and re-enrollment of existing students.
- Reviewing assessments of student’s academic results with parents and prescribing educational plan with parents.
- Leading the development of all operational processes and reporting growth and performance.
- Responsible for overseeing the center including managing tutors, admin and marketing.
- Reviewing each student’s academic progress and communicating with parents on a regular basis.
- Training and mentoring tutors and admins as needed. This role has 7-10 direct reports. Responsible for discipline and corrective action as needed.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to ensure their professional development and to ensure that the organization's need for future leaders is consistently met.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for profitable growth within designated customer area and recommends marketing specific for their targeted clients
- Monitoring and leading the team to assure students are receiving the education plan prescribed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies as needed to increase sales and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working parents and kids a plus
- Must love sales and have a strong desire to compete and win
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Self Motivated and directed
- Proficiency in the following computer applications: Google Docs
- A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and lead others is a must.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience:
- 3-5 Years' Sales Experience
Hours: Monday-Thursday 12- 8 pm and Saturday 12-3 pm; Other hours in the morning as needed for networking and business development.

GENEROUS COMMISSION PAY:
5-10% of monthly sales. For perspective, Tutoring Club's top 20 Centers earned between $300K+ and $700K+ in 2021.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
This will be a 2-month probationary contract and extended upon satisfactory performance.
