Due to our continuing growth, MNA Healthcare is seeking to add a Business Development Manager to our team. You will work on expanding our footprint in the healthcare sector, provide exceptional customer service, and become a valued member of MNA Healthcare.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for growing MNA Healthcare market share and competitive intelligence in assigned territories.
• Management of an assigned portfolio of new and existing clients and service line expansion.
• Required to be well versed in all MNA Healthcare service lines and promote in the market.
• Recommend pricing and gross profit structure to maximize market share in line with company targets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client's current and historical temporary staffing needs, key issues/challenges, and decision criteria.
• Ensure a process-driven, planned, and thorough account strategy and collaborate with internal team members to achieve desired outcomes.
• Work closely with Marketing & Advertising to coordinate, develop, and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals as needed.
• Ensuring legal sign-off on all contracts and planning for a final review and sign-off by MNA Healthcare.
• Provides business management and status reports reflecting organizational performance and short/long-term trends.
• Leads and participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior talent acquisition experience is highly desirable.
• History of exceeding goals and while enhancing winning teams.
• Excellent work ethics and an unparalleled sense of commitment.

Education:

• Experience preferably in healthcare industry, able to communicate and write well.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Science, or related technical degree. Sales, marketing, business, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of business development.
• Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

We Offer:

• Job Type: Full- time position Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm in the office.
• Salary: $50K - $60K plus an uncapped rich commission plan

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
