Responsibilities:

• Respond to digital leads promptly and professionally.
• Generate appointments by utilizing the CRM for ongoing follow up.
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
• Assist guests with vehicle selection based on wants and needs.
• Educate guests on vehicle models, specifications, features, and benefits.
• Explain warranties, services, and other finance products.
• Guide guests through financing and payment options.
• Learn and stay up to date with available products, features, specifications, and other updates.
• Create positive and lasting relationships with guests.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Act professionally and maintain high ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year automotive sales experience or equivalent, preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially via email and phone.
• A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Toyota experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
