We are looking for a Community Manager (CM) who will be accountable for day to day operations and managing resident relations. As a Community Manager, you will focus on achieving operational excellence by managing net operating income, occupancy, collections and home sales. You will maintain a best in class customer-centric culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Executing Havenpark standard operating procedures and policies
- Cultivating resident satisfaction
- Leading community marketing efforts
- Maintaining occupancy goals of rental homes
- Overseeing the sale of on-site homes
- Maintaining a positive net operating income
- Maintaining resident ledgers, generating monthly bills and collecting payments
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local and national vendors
- Ensuring company equipment and community amenities meet safety regulations
- Communicating with team members at all levels (i.e. maintenance, sales and leasing agents and home office staff)
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned by the leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in multi-family home property management, Manufactured Home Community experience a plus
- Associates degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
