Full description of the position

  • Determine & formulate policies and business strategies and provide overall direction of company.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate company policies, objectives and operational activities.
  • Direct activities to plan procedures, establish responsibilities & coordinate functions between company departments.
  • Analyze company operations to evaluate performance of company & staff & determine areas of cost reduction & program improvement.
  • Review financial statements & sales & activity reports to ensure goals are being achieved.
  • Assign/delegate responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Establish internal control procedures.
  • Oversee the transition of corporate records from paper to digital format.
  • Design and implement procedures to ensure protection and retrieval of management records.
  • Draft & implement policy & procedure manuals for accounting, sales, administration & customer service departments.
  • Draft and implement Budgets for short (0-12 months), medium (1-5 years) and long term (5-10 years).
  • Draft and implement Business Plans for short (0-12 months), medium (1-5 years) and long term (5-10 years).
