Better Business Bureau (BBB), the most trusted resource for consumer information regarding businesses is currently looking for Full-Time Integrity-Driven Inside Phone Sales Professionals ( Spanish speaker a plus ) who will contact local qualified businesses by phone and invite them to apply for accredited with BBB.

Essential job requirements include:

• Self-motivated & dependable
• Commission driven
• Great phone voice & etiquette
• Ability to be on the phone all day delivering presentations in a pleasant and professional manner
• Phone Sales experience a PLUS. Computer literacy a MUST!
• Trainable / Coachable
• Spanish speakers encouraged

Job Responsibilities:

• Making 80-100 new cold calls per day to businesses
• Pre-screening and verifying business information
• Recruiting qualified business to apply for accreditation by phone
• Using an ethical, strong and assumptive selling approach.
• Not afraid to ask for commitment by phone

Expectations

This is a full time remote and in office phone sales/telemarketing position (No evenings or weekends) with a generous commission structure. $15.00 hr pay during training. Earning potential is unlimited!

Pre-qualified candidates will receive a short phone screening interview that MUST be completed in order to be considered.

• Must meet monthly sales goals.
• Must have cold calling experience.
• Must be able to learn new computer systems/software
• Must be comfortable working in office, at a desk and on the phone all day long
• Must have great verbal communication skills .
• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
