Your proven track record in sales combined with excellent relationship-building skills will allow you to shine in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the maintenance program division within the commercial industry by presenting information and providing excellent customer service! Requirements include:

• 2+ years outside sales experience
• Documented records of sales achievements
• Superior prospecting and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with a high level of integrity
• Must have personal goals for growth
• No more than two jobs in the past five years
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a drug and background screening
• HVAC sales experience a plus
