2-20 or 4-40 or 20-44 Insurance License Preferred and must be current on CE hours.

Prior Insurance agency experience is a must.

Job Duties include:

• Sales & Service for new & current personal lines customer accounts: documenting all communications with customers in the agency management system, quoting & writing new policies as needed, processing policy renewals, reviewing billing, taking payments, processing policy changes, advising customers on coverage options.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, organized & be able to multitask in a busy environment while communicating via phone, e-mail, internal messaging, and text messaging.
• Good communication and grammar skills are essential.
• MUST be experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Windows 10.
