Now Hiring - Residential Property Manager in Charleston, WV

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of our multi-family Section 8 / Tax Credit property in the Charleston area. Our property consists of approximately 300 units.

Responsibilities are varied and may include:

• Maintaining occupancy at a minimum of 96%
• Determining applicant eligibility
• Ensuring all certifications are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Tenant Ledgers (posting rents, rent collections, evictions, etc)
• Tenant relations
• Supervision of office staff & maintenance
• Ensure adherence to HUD / LIHTC / Company Guidelines
• Unit inspections
• Budgets
• Monthly / quarterly / annual reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related property experience
• COS certificate preferred
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel & Word
• Excellent communication skills
