We have a great opportunity for a full-time, Sales Administration Support & Home Battery Rewards Enrollment Specialist to join our team in our Honolulu office. The successful candidate will assist our Project Developers to streamline their sales processes and to focus on incredible communication with our customers. The Sales Administrator will be one of the first points of contact for our company, scheduling appointments for our Project Developers, following up with Leads and communicating with customers about their ongoing projects. This position will also involve enrolling new and existing customers into the Home Battery Reward Program by SWELL. This full-time position is for our Honolulu Office; no relocation.

Sales Support / HBR Enrollment Specialist:

• Greet guests with aloha in a warm and professional manner
• Geographical knowledge of Oahu: place names
• Maintain and coordinate multiple appointment calendars and tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in our Smart Home Innovation Center
• Communicate via phone(primary) and email(secondary) with customers
• Answer multi-phone lines, screen and direct calls
• Research property information available in the public domain
• Provide general administrative support internally and externally

A successful Receptionist will have the following
