A&P Grease Trappers Inc. has an immediate opening for the position of Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate. We are a family-owned company who has been in business for over 15 years and continues to experience strong growth year after year. A&P Grease Trappers Inc. specializes in grease trap services, septic services, and pluming services.

We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and professional customer service rep to join our team. If this is you, we want to hear from you! In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Provides support to management and other team members.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Communicates with technicians in the field about jobs, customer requests, etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Quickbooks experience (is a plus, not required)
• Plumbing or Septic System knowledge (is a plus, not required)
• Professional & Courteous attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Documentation skills
• Analyzing information
• Multi-tasking

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• University/college degree is a plus (not required)
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
• Previous customer service experience, especially in plumbing industry is preferred but not required

Hours:

9:30am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)
