Dental Lead Development Representative
A Lead Development Representative at Vyne Dental will have the opportunity to build a dynamic sales career with multiple pathways for personal and professional progression. You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, following up on marketing campaigns and making outbound sales calls in collaboration with the inside sales team. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and be rewarded; accordingly, we offer a competitive base salary plus incentives.
This role has on target earnings of $70,000 and a sign on bonus of up to $1,500.
You must be able to come into the Indianapolis office up to three days per week!

Job Summary:
Responsible for making outbound calls and fielding inbound leads to qualify and schedule practice consultations for prospective clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists, and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our team of Practice Revenue Advisors.
- Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members.
- Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of the Vyne Dental product offerings.
- Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends.
- Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner.
- Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
