You’ll join a highly experienced team of Commission Sales at our Castleton Superstore who pride themselves on assisting our customers as they find the right furniture from the widest variety of styles. About The Job

• Drive sales through superior customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge
• Continuously learn and train on new furniture and technology improvements
• Ensure customers are informed of order changes
• Maintain salesfloor visual standards throughout the day
• Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers
• Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers

About You

• Communicating isn’t just a skill, it’s one of you’re strongest qualities.
• Your drive takes you from 0-60, and helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and desire to be part of a cutting-edge team.
• You have experience in a sales environment.
