Job Summary: Responsible for assisting Controls Sales Support by keeping all databases up to date for reps, distributors, OEM’s, and contractors. Back up for phones when the receptionist is not available.
Essential Responsibilities/Activities:
- Assists all Controls Sales Support teams (customer service, application engineering, Xtend)
- Assists customer service with order entry, order tracking, filing, and responding to customer emails and phone calls.
- Assists application engineering team with parts lead times, documentation, proof-reading, submittal preparation.
- Assists Xtend team with database management, document retrieval, laminating drawings.
- Coordinate meetings, webinars and training classes for the Controls Sales Support department.
- On occasion, assist with planning and coordination of department and company events.
Other Responsibilities/Activities:
- Printing/plotting documents.
- Filing
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Lift or move up to 10lbs.
- Sit and stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
- Close vision, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
