Job description

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

3+ Years Auto Sales Experiance Required *

The sales representative is responsible for overseeing the sale of trailers from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met. The sales representative will know our product inside and out and guide customers through the purchase process efficiently. Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greeting and assisting customers walking in the building and on the lot
• Present, promote and sell trailers using trailer knowledge
• Follow up on new and old leads daily
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Answer calls promptly
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Create quotes and estimates on QuickBooks software
• Submit orders/builds by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Stay informed of activities and trends in the trailer industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
