Rigdon / 360 Commercial Cleaning is looking for a new member to join our team!

As Sales Support Rep, you will support inside and outside sales staff as they generate sales to both new and existing Rigdon and 360 Commercial clients. This includes:

• Researching leads

• Adding new leads into our CRM

• Scheduling sales appointments for the outside sales reps

• Monitoring Quality Control visit schedule of the outside reps and identifying 5-7 businesses within 5 mile radius for rep to visit

• Creating and sending estimates to leads

• Managing and maintaining sales representatives’ schedules with a goal of 8-10 marketing stops per day (6-8 if they have actual appointments scheduled)

• Answers incoming 360 line

• Other duties as directed

Applicants should be able to demonstrate above average knowledge of standard computer applications including Word and Excel.

Rigdon / 360 offers company supplemented health insurance and PTO for full-time office staff. This position can be a full-time remote or in-person position. If remote, you will need to have extremely stable, consistent, and fast internet connection, as well as your own laptop or computer. Rigdon / 360 will supply the VOIP office phone.
