Now Hiring - Property Manager/Maintenance Technician in Tarkio, MO

Sustainable Management, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill the Community Manager and possibly the Maintenance position at one of our fantastic senior affordable housing communities located in the Tarkio, Missouri area.

The position is full-time (up to 40 hours per week) if you are manager/maintenance and part-time if you are just manager or maintenance. Staff will be required to be on-call nights and weekends for emergencies only.

Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Experience in tax credit housing (LIHTC) management is preferred. Experience with Yardi management software is a plus.

Applicants must have a clear criminal background to qualify for employment. A clean driving record and your own transportation is required.

Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
