We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Outside Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This person must have a desire for self development, a passion for helping people, be of a growth mindset, coachable, and display good old fashioned GRIT.

This unique position is an outside sales B2B role that focuses on growing and maintaining our referral business through direct outreach to prospective and existing referral offices, executing marketing strategies, and creating lasting relationships. This is achieved through exceptional communication, customer service, and follow up with our dental community.

Outside Sales & Marketing Coordinator Job Description :

- Cold calling and prospecting to potential referring doctors

- Relationship management of current referral offices

- Outbound and Inbound calls

- Event planning, logistics, organization, promotion, and attendance

- Scheduling meetings with existing referrals and potential referrals

-Tracking growth and success

- Educating dental teams on how we can partner with them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
