We are currently looking to fill a Sales Rep position to cover the Central Indiana area, with potential to grow.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Coordinate the sales effort with Sales Manager
• Develop potential client base and expand sales for existing clients.
• Oversee and assist the preparation of new business products and services.
• Maintain close working relationship with all clients to ensure quality standards are met.
• Represent Company at industry related organizations and associations.
• Some travel required.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• High level of self-motivation
• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of an organization
• Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
• Highly effective communication skills - oral, written, and group.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Basic office technology knowledge, including Windows, Office, Outlook, multi-line phones, and Smartphones

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
