We are seeking an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director who can support sites in Petaluma, CA an Novato, CA, and is a self-starter and looking for a new project in a growing Property Management Company.

Qualifications:

• 4 year experience in property management
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Additional qualifications and requirements listed on list with application.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

• Asset Management: Responsible for Financial analysis and working with Community Director to meet assets financial goals.
• Operations Management: Quality Control of property including curb appeal, inspections, vendors. Responsible for all Resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations
• Capital Projects: Manage the maintenance programs and assist in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
• Marketing: Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies, oversee the sites overall marketing plan.
• Customer Service: To provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, investors to leave a professional and maintain a positive impression of Sack Properties.
• Team Player: Creating a positive work environment to motivate and retain team members to obtain company objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
