This position is full time and is a hybrid position (in-office and remote). The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales / marketing and business development in the CPA and Legal fields. The candidate will be responsible for presenting sales proposals to potential customers, evaluating customer needs, selling company products/services, educating customers on products and services, developing effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities to improve sales performances, attendance at various networking events, etc. The candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to potential and current clients organized. A team player and ability to work well independently while maintaining a high level of timeliness and attention to detail is a must. The firm has a very fun and family-like atmosphere.
Responsibilities include:
· Presenting sales proposals to potential customers
· Evaluating customer needs
· Selling company products and services to customers and potential customers
· Create and maintain files for customers and potential customers in a CRM
· Educating customers and potential customers on products and services
· Conducting market research
· Developing effective sales and communication strategies
· Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
· Attending networking events
· Other responsibilities as laid out by the employer
Qualifications:
· Experience in sales / marketing and business development in the CPA and legal industry
· Good References and proven track record of sales abilities
· Bachelor's degree
· Great personality necessary to facilitate and develop the client base
