Ariat International and Stages West merged in October 2022 and we have experienced very strong growth since. We are seeking customer driven people to come work for us. Cashiers can make up to $17 per hour and Sales Associates and Stock Associates can make up to $20 per hour (with bonus).

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

· 1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in boots, shoes and apparel
· High School graduate or equivalent (part time positions available for high school students)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
· Knowledge of PC applications
· Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems
· Maintain positive team morale
· Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines

RETAIL TEAM – JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Must be able to work part time or full time, including early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management
· May be required to attend outside events, seminars, etc. as needed

Physical Demands/Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting):
· Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
· Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
· Occassionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
· Visions requirements: close vision, distant vision, as well as ability to adjust and focus

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
