Silver Auto Sales & Service, Frankfort IL is looking for a Sales Manager capable of getting the team here to 70-80+ units per mo. Silver Auto is 40 Year old, well established retail and wholesale, independent car dealer with big growth goals; well funded, lots of indirect banking relationships and very process driven. Goal of 18 locations in the next 8 years (both Sales and Service Locations). We want to do a roll up of Independent Auto Business'. Store is very ready for the next chapter. Must be GREAT at holding current sales staff accountable, setting and meeting goals, comfortable with cold calling and constant training to hit these goals. Used car experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Long tenured staff looking for someone to take us to the next level. You will be replacing the role that the GM has done for 14+ years. He/We will train you in this role and always be there to help as he will focus also on the same goals and numbers. Much better hours than existing car dealership hours but will need to put the time and effort in. It is very fun, rewarding with a very high income with growth. Absolutely no limit to high side of income. Lots of growth down the road with planned acquisitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
