SPORTS MINDED* Sales Consultant

The beauty of Premier Claims is every one of our Sales Representatives have been developed from the ground floor to where they are today. Currently we’re looking for motivated individuals to learn all facets of our sales process. We have one of the highest commission plans in the industry and our program allows you to start as a roofing consultant, learn to train and develop others, then earn the right to run your team! Primary responsibilities include:

• Learn our outside sales system
• Provide insight to prospective and existing clients

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organziational skills
• Confidence in public speaking
• Working well within a team environment
• Open-minded to being educated
• Love for human interaction
• Desire to mentor others

Salary and Benefits:

• Average first year income range: $100,000 - $200,000

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 first year

• Outside sales: 2 years (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
