As a Insurance Customer Service/Sales Agent in our office, you will have customer interactions while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right insurance decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of insurance sales and general customer service. This is a full-time position looking for experienced insurance professionals to become a part of our growing family!

As an Insurance Customer Service/Sales Agent, your duties will include:

· Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events

· Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts

· Make sales as needed to drive revenue

· Handle endorsements

· Manage accounts by tracking and following up frequently.

· Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Property & Casualty Insurance License required or will need to be obtained within 2 weeks.

· Insurance, customer service & sales is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail with time management

· Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows application.

· Ability to multi-task and adapt as issues arise.

· Talent to independently prioritize workload

· Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

· Willingness to learn and be coached.

- Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish speaking)

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
