Job Description/Responsibilities

As an Insurance Producer, you will work alongside an experienced Agency Owner as a protégé. While working with an expert, you will learn about insurance sales, networking, becoming an Agency Owner, and much more. You will:

• Learn about insurance products/services
• Develop marketing plans to attract new clientele
• Evaluate and identify customers’ unique insurance needs to generate quotes
• Sell, market, and service insurance for new and existing customers
• Educate the community on insurance and financial services
• Work with an Agency Owner, the District Office, and clients to ensure agency growth through retaining customers and building new connections

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, accountable, and ready to build a better future. The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service and providing client-focused solutions
• Eager to learn new material and be coachable
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
• Individual must obtain insurance licenses with assistance from the District prior to starting in an agency
• Prior insurance sales experience is not required
