Fastsigns of Saratoga Springs has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position will give you the opportunity to move into Sales, after 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and/or customer service, and will act as a liaison to customers that come to our design center, or who engage with us via email or phone. In this position, you will be helping customers place orders, and follow projects through the production process until completed. Estimates and billing will be a critical part of the job, and the candidate should have good organizational skills. Every day is different, every order is different, so the ability to learn and react quickly is an important asset to have.

Inside Sales Responsibilities

• Manage incoming call
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers with all their signage needs

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree, a background in graphic design would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
