Commercial lines Insurance Small Market Account Manager / CSR

Our insurance agency is rapidly growing and in need of more dynamic team members to come on board and aid the growth and development of the team. Responsibilities:

• Serve all prospective and current clients with excellence.
• Market renewals and new business for producers.
• Customer Service to existing clients.
• Multi-tasking and changing direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with clients, prospective clients, and insurance carriers.
• Perform a variety of daily administrative tasks to manage work flow, proactively monitor quote tasks and information gathering, track policy service changes and other types of written and verbal communications while maintaining superior customer service, professionalism, and positivity
• Answering the phones in less than 3 rings.
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Work well with team mates.
• Follow up to ensure completion and to ensure our agency management system is updated for audits, endorsements, inspection recommendations, etc.
• Leverage cross-sell opportunities by asking clients about other lines of business and work with the account producer on them.
• Maintain professional working relationships.

Minimum requirements:

• Efficient and knowledgeable on using computers/technology: word, excel
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills - min of 40 wpm data entry
• Organized and has great time management skills
• Professional appearance
• Abides by our company's core values
• Ability to adapt and grow with our company

Compensation:

This position is paid hourly in addition to being eligible for bonuses depending on performance.

Required Licensing: you need a minimum of a 440 insurance license.
