Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services. We are currently seeking Inside Sales Rep to join our Knoxville, TN location.

This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

• Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
• Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
• Resolve customer concerns
• Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
• Provide customer follow-up as required
• Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
• Hiring and/or Onboarding new employees

Requirements:

• 1-2 years inside sales experience required
• Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred
• Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
