Inside Sales - Construction (St. Louis)

Agilix Solutions is searching for an Inside Sales representative to join our growing Construction Division team. This individual will be tasked with serving our electrical contractor customer base and specialize in fulfilling their specific needs. This role is a great opportunity for any individual that has industry experience, technical product knowledge, and desires to be a team player.

This person will report directly to the Vice President of Inside Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handling in bound customer requests and orders.
• Required understanding of technical aspects of the electrical supply products that we offer.
• Presents product options consistent with customer specifications
• Advise customers of service programs and appropriate counter parts for their purchase
• Desired Qualifications:

· High degree of customer service abilities

• Detail Oriented
• Strong organizational abilities
• Strong abstract reasoning abilities
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Prefer 3+ years of related work history
• Experience in the sale of electrical products is preferred.
• Ability to effectively enter data into a computer system.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Prompt, courteous problem-solving ability.
