As a BEX Client Concierge ISA, you will prospect and qualify inbound warm real estate leads and connect interested customers to Agents in the field. REMOTE WORK OPTION: The first 30 days will require all new employees to work out of our Boca Ration headquarters. After 30 days, all new employees have the option of working remotely full time. A complete at-home office setup will be provided for you.

With over 90% of people beginning their home buying journey online, and over 2 million active real estate agents looking for help managing/nurturing and closing leads, we are experiencing explosive growth and are looking to expand our team to meet demand.

As a Client Concierge Sales Rep, you are responsible for making calls (100/day) to warm inbound real estate leads and connecting those customers with agents in the field. This position does require scheduled shifts, but you have the ability to earn extra money through commission by working more hours.

Training:

• One week of paid training
• Training hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
• All new hires are required to work Monday - Friday their first 4 weeks on the job (1 week of training + 3 weeks of additional post-training weeks).

Hours:

• Must work 1 weekend day
• Must work 1 shift until 9:00 pm (this may be your weekend day)

Compensation:

• Full-Time: $40,000 Annual + Uncapped Commission

Location:

Training and post-training will occur in an office environment at our Boca Raton headquarters.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
