CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual English /Spanish preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills with good customer service skills or prior experience
• Must be able to independently manage customer issues through to resolution.
• Has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Loves helping people and has good phone etiquette
• Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

**Property and Casualty license or Personal Line License required**

** Part Time (afternoons) candidates preferred.

Base pay DOE

Opportunity for advancement

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
