JOB BRIEF

Montgomery Heavy Equipment is seeking a motivated and energetic full-time Inside and Outside Sales Specialist in heavy equipment sales and rentals (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.), with a salary plus commission depending on experience.

Assist clients through the turnkey process over the phone and in person for sales or rentals on our heavy equipment inventory. As an Inside or Outside Sales Specialist you should be able to build instant rapport, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

· Rental and Sales of construction equipment

Sourcing new sales opportunities

· Ability to understand client needs and requirements

· Provide excellent phone and email communication

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction industry sales, customer service or related field.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide feedback.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays and weekends.
• 2 years inside and outside sales experience (Bilingual Required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
