We pay the most out of any Automotive group up to 35% commission plus volume bonuses and 10% of finance, elite performers thrive with success earning presently well over $25,000 per month.

• Make 50 outbound calls daily
• Send emails and texts to communicate with customers
• Wait on guests in the showroom.
• Log all guests in our CRM follow up database and complete a tailored needs analysis to identify each consumer's individual vehicle needs and wants.
• Value building product presentations

• Demonstration Ride
• Present the dealer offer
• Close deals through product knowledge, value building presentations and a consultative approach.
• Prepare paperwork upon deal agreement
• Proper Delivery of vehicle to customer using OS+ delivery checklist
• Follow up with customer after delivery to ensure a happy experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Certifications throughout employment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with Sales experience in the following fields: automotive sales, customer service, real estate, business development or marketing is preferred but not required.
• First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to build rapport with charisma or communicate with conviction when needed.
• Organized, ability to multi-task, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential.
