Venture Backed Miami based Tech StartUp seeking a Sales Manager. We are seeking an intelligent, hard working manager level candidate with high character and a desire to learn.
TempMee is a Platform that connects Licensed Dental Professionals with Dental Offices in need of temporary & full time help through an on-demand web and mobile platform (Think Uber for Staffing).
This role will report to our beautiful Downtown Miami Office and requires 100% in office work. We operate full desk recruiting to find dental professionals for both private practices and DSOs. Hand offs from our Account Executive team triggers the start of the recruiting process. Generation of interested candidates, leading to resumes, then interviews with the end goal of a placement.

In this role, as the Sales Manager you would have 4-8+ direct reports. You would be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing that team, their production and territory growth.
This is a base+commission+bonus role with a OTE of 135K+.

Our Ideal Candidate had been:
- Coaching and developing outstanding sales professionals for 5+yrs
- In a leadership role with min of 10+ direct reports
- An in-seat technology sales professional who can show a track record of proactive training and development skills
- Supporting call reviews, career pathing, leadership development skills, and cross functional growth and sales skills in growing organizations
The Perfect Candidate will:
- Must have management 5+ years in a direct leadership role
- Must have 3+ of progressive sales experience, ideally in technology, software, SaaS or a similar vertical
- Have proven track Sales Experience
- Be a master at Relationship Development & Management
- Be an organized self-starter who is data-minded and process driven to enable the best in themselves and the team they will be leading and growing
