We are expanding our RV Division team! We are looking for an RV Glass Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Recreational Vehicle (RV) Glass industry or be willing to learn all about the RV Glass industry. If you are self-confident, positive, outgoing and a persuasive communicator who relates well with others, we would love to hear from you. This position is responsible for identifying business opportunities, assist with marketing strategies and social media accounts.

We are family owned and have been in business since 1984. We are a wholesale Automotive replacement glass distributer and RV Glass Seller with 19 warehouse locations throughout California, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Nevada, and Arizona. Responsibilities:

(Inside Sales)

• Source new RV glass sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the Division Manager for further development and closure
• Develop new leads
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

(Marketing & Social Media)

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily / weekly content that builds meaningul connections
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
• Pitch marketing ideas to the team with the goal to cultivate customer's interest in our products and services

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• RV glass experience preferred but not required
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as digital media specialist.
• Excellent writing, editing and communications skills.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented.
• Eager to learn
• Positive, quick thinking, and fun, and a goal-driven mentality.

SALARY + BONUS PAY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,240.00 per year
