Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (B2B SaaS Healthcare Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts through outbound calls and email outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by reaching out to prospective clients through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Expand existing accounts through regular follow-up and relationship building.
• Identify customer needs and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
