Shaner Insurance Agency, LLC is hiring for Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team! Candidates must be able to commute to our office location in Haymarket, VA in order to be considered.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Property & Casualty license is preferred
• Sales experience is preferred

• Insurance experience is preferred
• Life & Health license is a plus
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
