Job Description for Sales Person

Sales Role

Spend your time at the office and meet with customers on-site and help them grow their business through value added, cost savings and product improvement support. You are not limited to geographic area or product lines. Our goal is supporting all industries in helping them develop zinc and aluminum die castings.

Position Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing accounts and use your experience to prospect and develop new business.

· Qualifying and pursuing sales leads to proper vetting.

· Obtaining relevant information from customers to ensure accurate cost estimates

· Solicit feedback from customers on submitted quotes

· Preparing and timely maintenance of sales reports.

· Manage trade shows such as Design 2 Part show.

· Perform lunch and learn seminars.

· Routinely communicates and/or meets with key customers to maintain and improve customer relationships.

· Interact constructively with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other department staff members.

Requirements include

· Prior sales experience in manufacturing; die cast components a big plus

· Personable

· Self-motivated

· Task orientated

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

· Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with Sales Force a plus, email campaigns

· Willingness to travel

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years sales representative.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,394.96 - $49,852.00 per year
