Georgia SoftWorks is a privately-held company founded in 1991 with a family environment located in downtown Dawsonville, GA. We are immediately seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong writing skills are required.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:

· Software registrations

· Answering phone, responding to emails

· Engaging with customers to make sales; resolve issues

· Taking orders, creating and following up on estimates

· Maintain social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

· Email Marketing Campaigns (Constant Contact)

· Sales Presentations

· Produce marketing and sales materials, press releases

· Office Administration

Candidates must be outgoing individuals who are comfortable interacting with team members, domestic, and international clients using phone, email, and web conferences. A second language is beneficial but not required. Inclusion in the after-hours support rotation duty is required.

· Support ticket management, phone, and email support

· GoToMeeting: webinars and conference calls

· Customer training, tutorial creation etc.

Data Collection, Warehousing, Logistics and other Enterprise software such as SAP, HighJump, QAD, etc.
