BillMax Services, is a leading ABA and Therapy Billing department that enables applied behavioral analysis (ABA) clinics to obtain superior resolution of insurance claims. Powered by a one-of-a-kind workflow utilizing the Central Reach Platform, we are focused on cornering the ABA space with experienced and well-versed bill associates. Trusted by 36 Organizations, BillMax is committed to ongoing resolution improvement, market-leading industry expertise, world-class client satisfaction and support of the ABA community to propel industry practitioners into continuing success and growth.
We are looking for driven individuals with Insurance Based accounts receivable experience or Account Management experience. ABA knowledge is a plus, but our training and team mentality allows all those with experience to be considered. If you have a passion for Customer relations, enjoy Full Revenue Cycle Management, enjoy and thrive in an agile, fast-moving, ever-changing environment, have excellent interpersonal skill, written communication skills, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and jumping in, then read on!

This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Operating hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage client overall RCM account health and communicate with clients on details
- Relationship management throughout customer life cycle
- Analyze and increase account utilization
- Following up on Accounts Receivable aged by insurance
- Knowledge of ERA payment posting
- Investigate information to have the claim processed or appealed
- Complete system audits and quality checks
- Conduct other billing duties, such as verification and authorizations
- Work in a flexible and fast paced environment that is technology driven
