We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate to join our new state-of-the-art facility in Delta, OH as an Inside Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in an ever-changing, fast-moving, and evolving environment. Candidates who have worked within a Steel Tube Mill environment are highly preferred.

Position Summary
We have an immediate need in our Sales Department for an energetic individual to service current and help expand new current accounts; new company business opportunities have begun presenting themselves at an incredibly high volume and we are looking to strengthen our team to meet these new exciting ventures.

The role will encompass a variety of sales service duties aimed at driving profit levels, meeting customer specifications, and delivering quality product - second to none.

The role will be working in a team environment, where successful candidates will need to possess exceptional written and verbal skills and be self-motivated to achieve superior results.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

· Foster a culture of safety awareness and safety prioritization.

· Sales growth with new and existing customers

· Achieve sales and profit targets.

· Ensure that shipment of inventory (finished) satisfies both customer and company objectives.

· Work cooperatively with other Nova Steel departments to ensure that our customers’ steel needs are met.

· Understanding of all costs associated with material, production time and delivery.

· Working knowledge of all production line capabilities and material specifications.

· Pricing strategies consistent with market levels, competitor analysis, costs and company objectives.

Job Requirements

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field. (preferred).

· Technical/Vocational Training a Plus.

· High School Diploma, or equivalent (required).

Experience & Certifications

· Experience in a Steel Tube Mill environment required.

· Sales and/or account management experience within the Steel industry is an asset; sales experience with tube products highly preferred.

· Exceptional written and verbal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Ability to work independently.

· Strong communication and analytical skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.

· Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.

· Occasionally walk to the manufacturing area where the noise level is louder.

· Pass initial drug test and physical.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
